Must-Have Qualifications:

• Native Vietnamese speaker
• Strong hospitality mindset and servant leadership, with a clear understanding of the service industry and customer-facing roles
• Physically fit, as the role involves long hours of standing work
• Willingness to work night shifts, as the izakaya primarily operates in the evening
• Ability to understand and respect on-site restaurant operations
• Basic English skills
• Strong communication skills and an enjoyment of customer service
• Mentally and physically healthy
• Desire to build a career in the food and beverage industry

※ Candidates with no prior experience in the food and beverage industry are also welcome. (There is a possibility of starting a career as a restaurant manager.)
