・日本式居酒屋の運営業務全般
・日本人社長のもと、3店舗の運営管理・事業拡大を担う
・店舗での接客・調理
・食材/飲料/その他の調達・仕入れ業務及び仕入れ業者の選定・管理・交渉
・メニュー開発
・従業員の勤怠管理/業務指導/業務管理
・会計担当と協力しながらの、店舗売上・収益の管理
※管理業務のみ、オフィスワークのみではありません。店舗営業業務にも従事していただきます。
※試用期間は調理・接客など店舗の全ての業務を一通り行っていただきます
・Overall management and operations of a Japanese-style izakaya
・Managing and expanding three restaurant locations under the leadership of a Japanese CEO
・Customer service and food preparation in the restaurant
・Procurement of ingredients, beverages, and other supplies, as well as selection, management, and negotiation with suppliers
・Menu development
・Training and management of employees
・Sales and revenue management in cooperation with the accounting team
※ This position is not limited to management or office work only; you will also be involved in restaurant operations.
※ During the probation period, you will be required to perform all restaurant tasks, including cooking and customer service.

・サービス業/接客業であることを理解して業務に取り組める、強いホスピタリティとサーヴァントシップを有している
・店舗での立ち仕事も多くあるため、体力がある方
・主に夜間に営業を行う居酒屋事業であることを理解し、夜間勤務ができる方
・店舗現場の業務を理解し、尊重できる方
・基礎レベルの英語力
・接客業務を楽しんで行えるコミュニケーション力を持っている方
・心身ともに健康な方
・飲食業界でキャリアアップしたいという意思のある方
※飲食業界の未経験者でも歓迎致します(レストランマネジャーからのキャリアスタートの可能性があります)
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Native Vietnamese speaker
- Strong hospitality mindset and servant leadership, with a clear understanding of the service industry and customer-facing roles
- Physically fit, as the role involves long hours of standing work
- Willingness to work night shifts, as the izakaya primarily operates in the evening
- Ability to understand and respect on-site restaurant operations
- Basic English skills
- Strong communication skills and an enjoyment of customer service
- Mentally and physically healthy
- Desire to build a career in the food and beverage industry
※ Candidates with no prior experience in the food and beverage industry are also welcome. (There is a possibility of starting a career as a restaurant manager.)
