【Position Overview】
We are seeking an engineer responsible for wiper performance testing, rubber/material evaluation, and precision measurement.
Experience in CAD drawing (2D/3D) is preferred, but not mandatory.
This position plays a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of wiper products and related components.
【Responsibilities】
1. Wiper Performance Testing
- Initial wiping performance evaluation
- Wiping performance after WET durability
- Anti-judder performance testing
- Reversal and followability performance evaluation
- Measurement of wiping angle
- Blade rubber retention force testing
- Frame strength evaluation (load / stiffness)
2. Rubber & Material Testing
- Tensile strength, tear strength, hardness testing
- Friction coefficient evaluation (rubber–glass, with/without coating)
- Contamination resistance testing
- Heat aging and long-term storage testing
- Cross-section and surface observation using digital microscope
3. Dimensional Measurement & Microscopic Analysis
- Measurement using calipers, micrometers, hardness testers
- Cross-section and defect observation using Keyence digital microscope
- Evaluation of dimensional variation and surface conditions
- Organizing and analyzing measurement data
4. Friction Evaluation & Jig Consideration
- Understanding friction mechanisms and measurement principles
- Proposing required testing equipment or measurement methods
- Designing evaluation approaches based on customer-provided jig drawings or requirements
5. External Testing Coordination
- Outsourcing tests that cannot be conducted in-house
- Preparing test specifications for external labs
- Analyzing external test reports and feeding back results internally
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Compiling and organizing measurement and test data
- Trend analysis and comparison
- Preparing technical reports and presentations (Excel / PowerPoint)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
■Must
- Experience in product evaluation, material testing, or quality measurement
- Ability to operate measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, digital microscope, etc.)
- Basic understanding of friction and contact behavior
- Data analysis skills with Excel (graphs, comparisons)
- Ability to prepare clear technical reports
■Want
- Experience with wiper products or automotive components
- Basic knowledge of rubber/silicone material properties
- Experience in friction or durability testing
- Experience evaluating coating agents
- Experience working with external testing institutions
- Ability to read technical documents in Japanese or English
- 2D/3D CAD drawing skills (preferred but not required)
