【Responsibilities】
1) Mold Programming (CAM)
- Creating machining programs for molds used for rubber, wiper frames, and other components
- Using CAM software such as Mastercam, NX, Powermill, Fusion 360, etc.
- Tool selection, optimization of machining sequence, and NC data creation
2) Product Drawing Creation (Rubber, Metal Frames, Interior Parts)
- Creating and modifying product drawings using 2D/3D CAD
- Understanding rubber cross-section structures and frame geometries
- Preparing drawings based on GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
3) Dimensional Measurement of Rubber Products
- Dimensional measurement using calipers and micrometers
- Using Keyence digital microscopes for:
- Cross-section shape and dimension analysis
- Surface condition evaluation
- Variation and defect inspection
4) Wiper Frame Measurement & Quality Evaluation
- Measuring total length, width, thickness, and mechanical strength
- Checking looseness and fitting accuracy when installing center clips
- Designing and fabricating measurement jigs when necessary
- Evaluating frame warpage, angle, and load characteristics
5) Measurement Data Summary & Report Preparation
- Organizing data and preparing documents/reports using Excel
- Analyzing measurement results and identifying trends
- Estimating root causes and proposing improvement actions when issues occur

【Requirements (Experienced Candidate)】
・Must
- 2+ years of experience creating drawings using 2D/3D CAD
- Experience preparing product drawings for rubber, resin, or metal components
- Data organization skills using Excel
・Want
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in mold programming
- Technical experience in an automotive parts manufacturer
- Knowledge of press processes and mold machining processes
- Ability to read technical documents in Japanese or English
- Basic knowledge of QC / quality management
- Experience with precision measurement using digital microscopes or calipers
- Experience evaluating cross-section shapes and surface conditions
- Experience in quality measurement of frames or thin-sheet metal products
- Experience designing and fabricating jigs
