【Responsibilities】
■Rubber Molding (Molds / Extrusion / Vulcanization)
- Setting molding conditions for wiper rubber (NR, CR, silicone)
- Optimization of molding parameters (temperature, pressure, hardness, shrinkage compensation)
- Mold alignment, clamping, and temperature control
- Improvement of molding defects (burrs, short shots, dimension issues, hardness variation, etc.)
- New mold start-up and initial process control (preparing initial flow sheets)
■Measurement & Quality Control
- Dimensional measurement (length, lip thickness, hardness, contact angle, friction coefficient)
- Rubber physical property testing (tensile strength, elongation, hardness, ozone resistance)
- CP/CPK measurement and documentation
- Experience using 3D measuring machines or optical projectors is preferred
- Preparing daily molding reports and quality issue reports (8D reports)
■Support for New Formulations / New Product Development
- Trial molding for new rubber formulations
- Collecting data on molding conditions and shrinkage rate
- Technical communication with Japan side (headquarters and rubber suppliers)
- Collaboration with R&D departments
■Process Improvement (IE / 5S / Line Optimization)
- Eliminating waste in molding processes
- Reducing cycle time
- Improvement activities for quality stabilization
- Cost-reduction proposals (material loss reduction, yield improvement)

【Requirements】
■Must
- Practical experience in rubber molding (2+ years)
- Wiper rubber experience is highly preferred
- Understanding of mold structures
- Experience in setting and improving molding conditions
- Basic knowledge of dimensional measurement and quality control
- Understanding of factory safety rules
■Want
- Experience in molding for the wiper industry
- Knowledge of rubber compounding (NR, CR, silicone)
- Experience in initial process control (initial flow management)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
