1. Accounting management:

- Check invoices, payment documents....
- Finance: manage and approve income and expenditure before sending to the CEO...
- Supervise and prepare reports for state agencies: investment reports, financial reports
loan to state bank....
- Making estimates... - Checking the implementation and payment of social insurance...
- Reciprocal audit with the Japanese party
2. HRGA
- Human Resources + Manage labor contracts, leave and resignation procedures
for employee.
+ Understand clearly insurance processes and procedures...
+ Arrange, post jobs, and support recruitment when needed
+ Check timekeeping and salary calculation
3. Administration:
+ General management...
+ Manage documents and vouchers from relevant departments for transfer
accounting service side
+ Check quotes, YCTT, contracts... from departments
+ Update new regulations of the state, tax authorities, labor department....
- Participate in safety meetings, supervise and urge departments
4. IT:
Receive contact from corporate IT
Process and analyze information related to IT....
