As part of our growth and international expansion strategy, we are establishing a new engineering hub in Hanoi, Vietnam. This role is a core position in the founding phase of the Vietnam team. In close collaboration with our Japan headquarters, you will implement, integrate, and optimize AI models based on established architectures, contributing directly to production-grade industrial AI SaaS products. This is an opportunity to play a key role in scaling globally competitive AI solutions from Asia to the world.

※This is not an outsourcing role. You will build and improve our own AI products for the Japanese market.

【Responsibilities】

■Full-Stack Engineer

・Implement web applications based on architectures designed by the Japan headquarters

・Develop and enhance frontend (React / Next.js) and backend functionalities

・Integrate AI functionalities (e.g., LLM, Computer Vision) into the product via APIs

・Implement and connect existing AI models and external APIs

・Improve features and optimize performance as a scalable SaaS product

・Implement UI components and contribute to user experience improvements

・Support development, deployment, and operations in AWS / Azure environments

・Collaborate using Git-based workflows and participate in code reviews

・Work closely with project managers at the Japan headquarters

・Continuously improve and maintain production-level products

■Additional Responsibilities (Vietnam Launch Phase)

・Contribute to establishing the development processes and engineering workflows for the new Hanoi office

・Support initial environment setup, tooling alignment, and collaboration standards between Japan HQ and Vietnam team

・Actively participate as an early member in shaping the culture and technical practices of the Vietnam development hub

・Assist in building a stable and scalable development foundation for long-term growth

・Focused on implementation and integration rather than research

・In-house product development (not outsourcing projects)

・Architecture led by Japan HQ, with core implementation handled in Hanoi
