Mô tả công việc
・Procurement of mechanical parts and auxiliary materials from domestic
and overseas suppliers
・Obtaining estimates, price negotiations, and contract conclusion
・Supplier selection and evaluation
・Order management, delivery date adjustment, delivery date
management, inspection processing, and payment requests
・Coordination with relevant internal departments (production
management, logistics, manufacturing, etc.)
・Responding to order requests from relevant departments
・Management of defective parts and follow-up on returns to suppliers
Yêu cầu ứng viên
■Must
・ 2+ years of experience in procurement (or purchasing) in the Japanese
consumer electronics manufacturing industry
・ Basic PC skills (Microsoft 365)
・ Experience with ERP systems
・University degree or higher
■Want
・ Experience with McFrame (ERP)

Thời gian làm việc
【Working Days and Hours】
・Working Days HCMC Office: Monday to Friday
・Factory: Monday to Friday, every other Saturday
・Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Break Time: 60 minutes
【Holidays and Leave】
• Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, Tet holiday, paid leave, childcare leave, bereavement leave
• Overtime: Depends on production and business progress. Weekend work: Generally not required, no allowance
• Remote work: Available only for HCMC office employees, no allowance
• Business trips: Available/Japan/other countries, 2–3 times per year, 1–2 weeks per trip
• Relocation: Generally not required
• Probationary period: 2 months
