Mô tả công việc
・Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure product and process compliance.
・Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System(QMS).
・Create, update, and manage factory rules, procedures, and regulations to align with company and industry requirements.
・Manage and analyze quality data for reporting, improvement, and decision-making.
・Conduct and coordinate internal and external quality audits.
・Lead activities related to quality certifications, including acquisition, renewal, and compliance with relevant standards.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
■Must
・Over 3 years of practical experience in the Quality Assurance department at an
electronic device manufacturing plant (including establishing quality management
systems, handling internal and external quality audits, and resolving quality issues).
・Work experience at a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred
・English Skill TOEIC750 posint up Real communication skill is important
・Bachelor Certification
■Want
・Practical experience in handling external audits by certification bodies (e.g., safety
standards, wireless certifications)
・Practical experience in external audits for ISO 9001 / ISO 14000
・Practical experience in ISO 9001 internal audits
・Hands-on experience in electrical circuit
・JLPT N3 or higher Real communication skill is important

Thời gian làm việc
【Working Days and Hours】
・Working Days HCMC Office: Monday to Friday
・Factory: Monday to Friday, every other Saturday
・Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Break Time: 60 minutes
【Holidays and Leave】
• Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, Tet holiday, paid leave, childcare leave, bereavement leave
• Overtime: Depends on production and business progress. Weekend work: Generally not required, no allowance
• Remote work: Available only for HCMC office employees, no allowance
• Business trips: Available/Japan/other countries, 2–3 times per year, 1–2 weeks per trip
• Relocation: Generally not required
• Probationary period: 2 months
