Senior Legal Associate
Job description
• Advising international and Vietnamese clients on foreign investment, M&A, corporate, banking, finance, real estate, and project deals;
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents;
• Managing client expectations and project delivery appropriately;
• Conducting research and analysis of information/legal documents;
• Representing clients to work with related parties and competent authorities.
※The suitable candidates will be expected to identify and understand clients’ commercial objectives and legal needs, apply legal expertise and knowledge to client situations.
Requirement
- At least 3 years qualified and more than 10 years of working at a law firm
- Legal experience in the areas of corporate and commercial, foreign investment
- Detail-focused and self-motivated approach
- Excellent Business English Skill
- Must be able to perform at a high level to derive criteria for judgment by interpreting the articles, etc. in question based on the case in question and the trend of precedents to date, extract and analyze specific facts from relatively long and lengthy cases, apply them to the criteria for judgment, and derive reasonable solutions and interpretations in a logical and persuasive manner.
