The candidate will be responsible for a series of work related to M&A of small and medium-sized companies to large and listed companies.
■Coverage (deal sourcing)
<Transfer side>
・Developing and following up with accounting firms and financial institutions
・Consultation on referrals to advisory contracts
・Valuation
・Valuation, preparation of summary report
<Acquisition side>
・Matching - Long list preparation
・Non-name proposal
・Non-disclosure Agreement
・Proposal of outline
・Signed an advisory agreement
・Provision of IP
■Deal (coordination/negotiation)
・Interviews with top management/visits to companies
・Negotiation of terms and conditions
・Negotiation of terms and conditions
・Due diligence
・Negotiation of final terms
・Final contract signing
・Delivery / Closing Ceremony / Disclosure
Requirement
【Must Requirements】
・Language skills:Advanced business level English required
・Age: 30-40 years old
・University or graduated school graduated from Europe, U.S., Singapore, or other overseas.
・Experience in corporate sales
・Experience in solution-oriented sales
※The experience of M&A industry is not mandatory

・Experience in investment banking including underwriting

Benefits
■Paid holidays: 12 days per year
■Others: Commuting allowance, cell phone allowance, etc. not paid (domestic business trip allowance: 300k/day, overseas business trip allowance: 600k/day), company trip available (*overseas)
