【Job Description】
・The Senior/Manager level In-House IT Administrator will provide leadership, strategic direction, and team management for the IT department. Key responsibilities include
・IT Strategy Development: Drives IT strategy aligned with business objectives by developing and executing strategic plans for infrastructure expansion, optimization, and new technology implementation.
・Team Management: Provide leadership for IT teams to improve team efficiency and performance by assigning tasks, managing projects, and enhancing and developing skills.
・Infrastructure Optimization: Ensure efficiency and security in the design, operation, and maintenance of servers, networks, and other infrastructure.
・Risk Management and Security Enhancement: Enhance the security of sensitive information and systems and minimize risk through the development and implementation of security policies.
・Project and Budget Management: Plan, execute, and budget IT projects and establish strategies to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
・Stakeholder Relationship Development: Communicate with user departments and management to understand business needs and deliver IT solutions that meet them.
・Identify and implement technology trends: track emerging technologies and industry trends, and implement technologies that benefit the business and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirement
【Required Skills/Qualifications】
・IT related degree and extensive experience
・Strong English Skill
・Over 5-years experience in same-field
・Experience designing and managing IT infrastructure
Team management and leadership skills
・Knowledge of security measures and risk management
・Experience in project and budget management
・Excellent communication skills with stakeholders & group company in other country(Singapore & Tokyo)
