Job description
【Key Responsibilities】
・Manage the Sales and Marketing department towards sales target and report to
ASEAN Sales manager.
・Develop business opportunities with existing and new clients and seek new sales
opportunities to achieve the sales target. Clients are Distributors, System Integrators,
Security companies and End customers (Factory, Industrial, Commercial, Retail,
Residence, Bank, Government and Public sector, etc…)
・Identify potential business opportunities.
・Develop sales and marketing strategies for overall sales achievement.
・Work closely with the manager and Managing director to identify the market
opportunity and develop the business.
・Review and analyze sales and project development achievement against the plan and consider any improved actions if necessary.
・Forecast sales in timely basis to enable operations planning to ensure the supply.
・Manage sales activity of customer accounts and projects through using CRM.
・Perform other sales and marketing tasks assigned by manager / Managing director.
Requirement
【Qualification】
・Vietnam nationality, Male/Female, age 30-45.
・Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or other related field.
・Ability to speak, read and write in English. Communication with Japanese
Managing Director and headquarters PIC in Japan in English.
・At least 5 years’ Sales/Technical Sales experiences of Electronic Product and/or
System Integrator. Electronic Security Products, System Integration, ICT &
Network experience is preferred.
・Able to manage Channel Partners and conflict management.
・Good personality with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation,
organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
・Technical/Business background.
・Be able to work independently, be able to self-motivate and self- manage.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Able to work and
communicate with people from different countries and culture.
・Put importance on teamwork spirit. Courteous and polite manner.
・Have an own car with driver’s license(not mandatory)
・HCMC or HCMC Suburb Residents only(mandatory)
