業務内容
Manufacturing Engineer
・Layout planning and line setup for DJ equipment manufacturing lines
・Maintenance and repair of production equipment and tools for DJ equipment
manufacturing lines
・Creation and management of production data related to DJ equipment manufacturing
・QCD management and improvement activities for DJ equipment manufacturing lines
・Training and development of workers
応募資格・条件
■Must
・Experience in electronic device assembly (manual work) process: 3 years or more
・At least 1 year of practical experience in a leadership role or higher in the assembly
(manual work) process of electronic devices
・Business English Fluency
■Want
・Experience in the PCB assembly process of electronic devices
・Experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment/tools
・Practical experience in Japanese or foreign-affiliated manufacturing plants
・Experience in setting up new plants
・Business Japanese Fluency

勤務時間
【Working Days and Hours】
・Working Days HCMC Office: Monday to Friday
・Factory: Monday to Friday, every other Saturday
・Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Break Time: 60 minutes
【Holidays and Leave】
• Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, Tet holiday, paid leave, childcare leave, bereavement leave
• Overtime: Depends on production and business progress. Weekend work: Generally not required, no allowance
• Remote work: Available only for HCMC office employees, no allowance
• Business trips: Available/Japan/other countries, 2–3 times per year, 1–2 weeks per trip
• Relocation: Generally not required
• Probationary period: 2 months
