業務内容
【Job Description】
① Overall management of the development team
- Mold design / drawing / measurement engineer
- Material compounding / coating engineer
② Planning and execution of evaluation for new formulations
- Physical property testing
- Wiping performance testing (wiper tester)
- Coating thickness measurement
- Cross-section measurement, etc.
➡ Key mission: “Do not stop the testing process” and “Proceed strictly according to schedule”
③ Coordination of development projects
- Receiving and reviewing technical documents
- Breaking down and structuring development phases
- Assigning tasks to each team member
- Weekly / monthly progress reporting
④ Reporting, data management, and communication
- Summarizing test results
- Preparing documents in Excel / PowerPoint
- Reporting to the factory manager and the Japan headquarters
- Attending internal and external technical meetings
⑤ Research of new materials and new suppliers
- Collecting information on silicone, NR/CR rubber compounds, coating agents, etc.
- Technical discussions with suppliers
- Preparing technical comparison sheets
⑥ Root-cause analysis in case of problems
- Working with production, QC, and mold teams to analyze issues
- Proposing countermeasures to prevent recurrence
- Reporting to the Japan side
応募資格・条件
【Technical Background (any of the following is acceptable)】
Experience in at least one area such as compounding, mold, measurement, or quality is sufficient.
- Rubber materials / compounding
- Mold engineering
- Industrial drawings & CAD
- Quality control (dimension measurement, cross-section analysis)
- Automotive parts R&D or quality assurance
※ Not required to be proficient in all fields.
Understanding the team’s work and managing the project is enough.
■ Project Management Skills
- Able to independently manage the full cycle:
- Planning → Scheduling → Test arrangements → Execution → Reporting
- Able to set priorities for technical development
- Able to promptly report delays or issues to the Japan side
- Experience collaborating with other departments (Production, QC, Purchasing)
■ Communication Skills
- Able to prepare reports and documents for the Japan headquarters
- Able to coordinate and explain tasks across departments
- Proactive attitude: acts independently rather than waiting for instructions
