Mô tả công việc

【Job Responsibilities】

・Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and new customers

・Propose company products/services, develop potential customers, and research/analyze sales strategies

・Handle customer inquiries, propose products/services, and negotiate commercial terms

・Manage and follow up on quotations, orders, contracts, and delivery schedules

・Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues arising during sales activities

・Provide after-sales service and customer follow-up

・Support procedures related to import/export operations, logistics, and trade documentation

・Prepare periodic sales reports based on instructions from supervisors and management

・Guide and support subordinates to ensure smooth business operations

・Perform other duties as assigned by the company

【Required Skills & Experience】

■ Knowledge & Skills

・Strong sales ability, particularly in building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with existing customers

・Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of import/export operations, Incoterms, logistics, customs procedures, and trade documentation

・Proficient in Microsoft Office for business use

・Able to work independently while valuing teamwork


■ Language Requirements

・Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above required)

・English speakers need experience in Electrical Parts or related fields such as B2B Sales


■ Work Experience

【Must】

・3+ years of practical experience in B2B sales, sales, or import/export operations

・Required: Experience in new business development (new client acquisition) B2B sales using Japanese on a daily basis, at a Japanese-affiliated operating company dealing in tangible products/services (e.g., trading companies, sales companies, manufacturing-related businesses, etc.)


【Nice to Have】

・Experience in electronic components, mechanical parts, industrial products, or international trade

・Ability to communicate in both Japanese and English

・Experience dealing with overseas customers (Japan, China, Taiwan, Sweden, etc.)
