■ Position Overview
As part of our growth and international expansion strategy, we are establishing a new engineering hub in Hanoi, Vietnam. This role is a core position in the founding phase of the Vietnam team. In close collaboration with our Japan headquarters, you will implement, integrate, and optimize AI models based on established architectures, contributing directly to production-grade industrial AI SaaS products. This is an opportunity to play a key role in scaling globally competitive AI solutions from Asia to the world.
【Responsibilities】
・Implement AI models based on architectures and technical specifications defined by the Japan-based team
・Integrate LLM APIs and machine learning models into production-grade SaaS products
・Design and implement AI-related APIs in collaboration with backend engineers
・Conduct model validation, testing, iterative improvements, and performance optimization
・Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and validation tasks
・Implement and improve RAG pipelines and AI-powered features
・Support deployment and continuous improvement in production environments
・Collaborate closely with the Japan team to ensure accurate technical implementation
・Contribute to establishing development processes as a founding member of the Vietnam engineering team
・Over time, take ownership of technical modules and potentially support junior engineers within project scopes

Yêu cầu ứng viên
【Requirements (Must-Have)】
・Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
・Solid experience in Python development
・Over 3years working experience in related fields as a Developer.
・Hands-on experience using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, or similar) in real-world projects
・Experience integrating external APIs (including LLM services) into production-level applications
・Experience working with Git in a collaborative development environment
・Ability to communicate in English in a technical setting
・Vietnamese Native Skill
【Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)】
・Experience fine-tuning language models
・Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem
・Experience using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
・Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
・Experience working on AI-powered SaaS products or industrial AI applications
